What to know before you come in, in plain words.
Booking and deposits
Book a chair, or a barber by name, on the booking page. Most Saturday chairs go to the line, with a few booked times held each Saturday.
How the line works
Sign the board by the door. Clients are taken in the order they sign in. A booked client is seen at the booked time and the line waits. Waits vary; the board shows who is next. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 2 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move your time, by phone or on the booking page. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time, then offer it to the line.
If you miss an appointment
A missed visit is noted on your booking. After a second one, we ask you to call before we hold a time for you again.
Children and companions
Kids are welcome from age 2. Cuts for ages 12 and under are booked as kids' cuts, and a parent stays in the shop. One person may wait with each client so the chairs stay open for the line.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we will make it right. If a fade or a line-up needs a touch-up, we do it at the chair.
Paying and tipping
You pay at the chair, in cash. If you would rather use a card, ask your barber. Tips go to the barber who cut your hair.
Before your visit
Bring a photo of the cut you want if you have one, and come with your hair as it grows. On Saturday, come a few minutes early; the board fills first.
